A little background on the inspiration behind the cards: All of the wellbeing advice I was given when I struggled with PND and anxiety after having my second child focused almost exclusively on taking time away from the kids and what I could do in my "own time" to relax, recover and look after myself. But that's not what I needed help with. I needed in-the-moment stuff, that would get me through a tough spot and to the end of the day in one piece.
So I created these cards to do just that. To enable you to look after yourself in small ways every single day, so that you don't lose sight of who you are and what you are capable of in motherhood and beyond.
The cards are made from high quality, thick card and feel lovely to hold. They are also wipe clean, to withstand accidents and spillages.
Dimensions of the cards are 130x90mm.
